Accessibility

Using this site with any tool.

What we do, what we have not done yet, and how to reach us if something is hard to use.

We want everyone, including attorneys who use assistive technology, to be able to use marksense.law. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do

  • Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, a “Skip to content” link, and descriptive link text.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, which we test automatically on every page.
  • Pages reflow down to a 360-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
  • Motion is decorative and respects the “reduce motion” setting of your device.
  • Form fields have visible labels and say whether they are required, and errors are announced.

What we have not done

We test with automated checks and keyboard walk-throughs. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit or tested with every screen reader, so we cannot claim full conformance. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party spam check that we do not control; if it blocks you, email us instead.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, write to contact@marksense.law with the page and what happened. We will try to fix it or give you the information another way, and we will tell you what we find. If you would rather not use the form at all, you can email us directly.
